Alejandro Lara Gugel
…is passionate about outdoor sports such as skiing, tennis and golf. He is even certified as a backcountry ski guide. This project is his life passion! For this reason he co-founded KAWI.
Alex, founder of ROCK VENTURES LLC, a real estate, M&A, and finance consulting company in The Woodlands, Texas; has extensive experience in Finance, General Management, Business Development, Innovation and Digital Marketing, and gained intimacy in some industries, with his business background built around, M&A´s and New Ventures.
Alejandro Lara has a Master in Economics and Management Science by the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin; a Bachelor's degree in Economics by Instituto Tecnologico Autónomo de México (ITAM); a Finance Engineering degree by Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM); a Postgraduate Degree in Mergers & Acquisitions by Columbia University. He is also fluent in Spanish, English and German.

With a background in experiential marketing, Gerardo has been shaping consumer experiences since 2010, leveraging his creativity and business acumen to pioneer innovative concepts.
Bringing a global perspective to his endeavors, he has cultivated a diverse portfolio of projects, including clubs, restaurants, and bars in Mexico City. Running his own agency since 2014, Gerardo has honed his skills in managing ventures and bringing ideas to fruition.
His love for the mountains is not just a hobby but a driving force, inspiring him to create a company that merges his passion for adventure with his expertise in business.
